General Psychologist and Owner of CocoNando Support Services
Serena Celestino is a registered psychologist with several years of experience working with individuals across the life span with a range of mental health challenges. She is a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with a specialisation in working with clients with disabilities, particularly focusing on neurodevelopmental disorders.
Serena is committed to helping her clients navigate these difficulties through a person centered approach with compassion and understanding. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering environment for her clients, with a focus on improving their skills, resilience, confidence, independence, and overall quality of life.

Sophie Scott
General Psychologist (Available for Assessments Only)
Sophie Scott is an experienced local psychologist who is now in her 10th year of practice. Sophie earned her Bachelor of Science (Psychology) (Honours I) in 2014 and soon began working with children and families in community and government settings. More recently, Sophie completed a Master of Psychology Practice (Clinical) degree, further enhancing her expertise in neuropsychological assessment, neurodiversity, and evidence-based care.
Sophie is passionate about creating a safe, validating space for the individuals she works with. Her work is grounded in supporting individuals in understanding their unique strengths and needs rather than focusing on deficits.
Available For: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Assessments, IQ and Cognitive Assessments, Educational Assessments.

Lisa Tomlinson
Lisa Tomlinson is an experienced occupational therapist specialising in adult mental health. She works with NDIS participants to assist them to achieve their goals, gain independence in daily activities and improve their mental health and well being. Lisa completes functional capacity Assessments, home and living (SIL) assessments, housing reports and NDIS access requests.

Samantha Flores
Sam is a social and community services professional who has had a broad range of experience in the community services sector, over the past 10 years. She has worked in government and non-government positions in fields such as child protection, disability services, youth work, community engagement, and mental health services. Committed to driving awareness and investing in motivating individuals to develop their own pathways to increased wellbeing, Sam enjoys facilitating strength-based programs, evidence-based practice and new models of intervention to support vulnerable young people and families, helping them lead independent and more secure futures for themselves. Sam has a naturally approachable, engaging and empathetic manner which allows her to build strong client relationships and act as a strong advocate for the vulnerable people she services.

Ella Duffus
Ella Duffus is a passionate and dedicated support worker who began her career in 2018 as a volunteer for a social and community access program for children with autism. Over the years, she has supported a diverse range of participants with varying ages, needs, and goals, always prioritizing their safety, happiness, and wellbeing. Currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong, Ella plans to transfer into a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy to further pursue her passion for helping people with disabilities. Ella enjoys the rewarding work of improving participants’ quality of life, supporting them in community access, and helping them acquire new skills, all while gaining valuable experience and personal growth along the way

Jordan Capocchiano
Disability Support Worker/ Therapy Assistant
Jordan Capocchiano is an enthusiastic and devoted support worker who began his career in 2023 working as a volunteer at Aspect south coast, a school specialising in supporting children with autism. Jordan completed his Diploma in mental health in 2023 and has worked at Aspect south coast school full time for the last year and a half. Jordan has a brother with level 3 autism which drives his passion and desire for supporting people with disabilities as he applies his personal skills and lived experiences to build rapport and understand individual’s challenges. Jordan has supported a variety of individuals of different needs, goals and ages and aims to prioritise their safety and wellbeing while treating them as a friend rather than a client. Jordan hopes to use his skills to guide individuals in requiring support but also to gain further experience and acquire additional skills through the participants he supports.
