Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy is a holistic therapy approach that addresses not just the physical limitations but also the emotional and social factors that impact daily living. Occupational Therapists work collaboratively with clients to create personalised intervention plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to enhance your daily living skills, develop coping strategies for mental health challenges, or increase your social engagement an occupational therapist can help you on your wellbeing journey.
Occupational Therapy services are provided for adults facing physical or psychosocial disabilities, with a focus on functional rehabilitation, helping you restore or adapt the skills necessary for self-care, work, and leisure activities. Our Occupational Therapist understands the complexities of living with mental health challenges and is committed to helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life through the development of practical strategies that foster resilience and independence.
